The acronym for LIFE is "Living Instead of Feeling Empty" and there's a reason for it. That was the mantra the owner used to pull himself out of a personal hard time. "I got to a point where I couldn't work just for money, I had to truly love it." Now it's the credo his company is centered around.  After years of freelancing and working in both corporate & privately owned gyms, he opened his own. The first Life Fitness was located at 12 Shenipsit Lake Road in Tolland, CT 06084.

 Juggling the ebbs and flows of the pandemic have proven one thing; Life Fitness is here to stay! He has a strong passion for giving back and supporting those around him. Brandon has worked with mental health professionals, teachers and healthcare workers to create outlets our community is in need of. Being an Ellington High School alum helped establish programs for kids & teen development. Life Fitness is a family solution, and we can't wait to meet yours!
