CLASS Training

We offer a variety of classes that include: Strength Training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT),and Cardio Boxing classes.

One on One Training

1-to-1 Training with one of our certified trainers. A quick 30 minute workout with particular benefit or a 60 minute session. Private sessions are meant to focus 100% on YOU!.
